In the misty marshes of Herbignac, Brittany, Damraz Brewery faced a dilemma. Their award-winning Cuvée Atlantique was outgrowing their 500L system, but their 18th-century stone brewery couldn’t fit industrial equipment. "We needed innovation that respected tradition," recalls their Production Manager.
