1200L brewhouse

The brew house system could be divided into four types: one vessel brewhouse, two vessel brewhouse, three vessel brewhouse and four vessel brewhouse. 

two vessels: mash/lauter tun and kettle/whirlpool tank

OR mash/kettle/whirlpool tun and lauter tun

three vessels: mash tun, lauter tunand kettle/whirlpool tank

OR mash/kettle tun, lauter tun and whirlpool tun

four vessels: mash tun, lauter tun, boiling kettle, and whirlpool tank. 

The bigger capacity is, more vessels required. 

Heating method of browhouse system: steam heating, electric heating, direct fire heating. Up to customer requirement.  

1. Brewhouse system

-Two-Four vessles or combined system.

-Capacity 100L-5000L, 1bbl-40bbl.

- Steam heated, electrical heated or natural gas 

-Mash tun with mixer, steam jacket, VFD motor, insulated 80mm. Stainelsss steel 304.

-Lauter tun with rake system, milled false bottom, sparging spray ring, VFD motor, insulated 80mm. 

-Boiling kettle with steam jacket, inner heated option, insulated 80mm. Stainelsss steel 304.

-Whirlpool with Tangential whirlpool inlet. insulated 80mm. Stainelsss steel 304.

-Insulated HLT and CLT with the pipelines and pumps

-External wort balance tank, hops filter, heat exchanger. Wort oxygenation system, working platform.

-All the necessary pipelines and pumps.

1) semi-automatic operation system ,need one or two brewer operate

2)With our equipment you can make different kinds beer such as ale,lager, IPA, stout beer and so on.

3)We have different capacity from 50L to 10000L per batch , our brewery equipment approved Pessure CE, ISO900 certificate
