Brewhouse is various in combination of vessels, of course to achieve the same four steps mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpool, by special brewing intentions of brewer including wort output, wort gravity, sparging water, brews in certain time, brewing method etc. We accept special design for these variations. 

Product Description:

For the brewery with capaity 2500L, the brewhouse generally based on three vessel structure. With separated mash tun and lauter tun, it is possible to do both of Infusion mashing and Decoction mashing. 

* Three vessel brewhouse: MT,LT,KWT,HLT (Two vessel and four vessel for optional)

* VFD agitator in side of separate mash tun

* Steam heating (calandria for optional)

* Stainless steel two stage heat exchanger (single stage for optional)

* Stainless steel 50L wort grant or with leveling tube for avoiding compacting

* With Flexible auger, Grist silo & hydrator is optional

* Glass manhole is in standard

* Steam venting via chimney

* PLC control unit for optional

* Pneumatic valves for optional
