The traditional design of the fermenter’s cylinder and cone is double-jacket, the seal head is single-jacket, based on the original design
Fermentation is the process by which yeast converts the glucose in the wort to ethyl alcohol and carbon dioxide gas, giving both its alcohol content and its carbonation. To begin the fermentation process, the cooled wort is transferred into a fermenation vessel to which the yeast has already been added.
All tanks are made by SUS304 stainless steel, which meet domestic and international food safety and hygienic standards.
They are the cylindrical cone bottom tank, the cone are (60-90) degrees. Its externals are made by stainless steel drawing board, connected by TIG welding. Its internal components have a protective film by pickling passivation, and equipped with 80mm polyurethane insulation
The tanks with the dimple plate on the cone and the side, are cooled by glycol water or alcohol water. Automatic temperature control for each tank.
